The Australian Finger Lime is a rare but easy-to-grow citrus with elongated sausage-like fruits. These are filled with tasty caviar-like vesicles which are great for adding to mixed cocktails or fresh salads for a pop of intense flavour, hence its other common name, Caviar Lime. Self-fertile.
