PLANT RENTALS
Rentals for Film, Photography, Real Estate Staging & More
Amsterdam Garden Centre provides rental services for film/TV, professional photography services, tradeshows, weddings and real estate staging. Plants included in these services include but are not limited to nursery plants (cedar trees, shrubs etc), indoor plants (Fiddle Leaf Ficus, Palms etc). Other items include pots, urns, benches and iron work.
How Does It Work?
Rentals are for 2 nights and 3 days. Pick-up the day before and keep them for the second night after your event. Plants must be returned before the close of business on the third day or late fees may apply. Need a rental for longer? Some plants may not be eligible for extended rentals; however, we will do our best to accommodate your needs with advance notice.
How Much Does It Cost?
Rental fees vary from item to item. The rental fee is 1/2 the retail cost of the plant material (or item), plus a deposit of 1/2 of the retail cost. So essentially it is the full purchase price of the plant or item (1/2 fee +1/2 deposit), but you are refunded 1/2 the cost (deposit) of the plant when you bring it back original condition.
Special Conditions
Your deposit may be subject to holdback if the item is damaged and can no longer be sold. All rental fees are non-refundable.
Tropical Plants MUST be stored in warm conditions and not left inside cold trucks, outside in the elements during cooler seasons etc. This will render the plant unsalable.
Typically we do not rent seasonal plants such as annuals and bedding plants due to their more fragile nature.
