The blood-red flesh of this reddish-brown Japanese plum, Prunus salicina ‘Redheart’, is excellent for fresh eating or jams. Cross-pollination required. Grows 15-18’ tall (semi-dwarf). Hardy to USDA zone 5. 5-gallon pot.
